Tracy Tutor
Tanya moved to Medicine Hat in 1998 and fell in love with bookkeeping while working at her family’s irrigation and landscape business under the guidance of an incredible CPA, her Grandmother. She continued on her bookkeeping path and to this day, still offers her services to a few amazing small business clients.
In 2008 she accepted a position as an Office Manager/Assistant to Mr. Val Felesky with Felesky Commercial Realty Ltd. She had zero experience in real estate but a strong admin game and the willingness to learn. Soon after, she received her Real Estate Associate license through RECA and then eventually, her Associate Broker license. Her duties consisted of all aspects of accounting and administration from webpage maintenance to marketing, property management duties and of course, as Mr. Felesky’s assistant.
Having Mr. Felesky as a mentor for almost 14 years has given her such invaluable knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. His guidance helped her learn by doing and led her ultimately, to the opportunity of taking over the Property Management division of the firm and go out on her own. Tanya became a licensed Broker in August 2021 and opened her own brokerage, TMV Property Group Ltd.
While specializing in Commercial Property Management and Leasing, she also offers services for the sale and purchase of Commercial & Residential properties, and is also licensed to provide Condominium Property Management services.
Tanya is married to her amazing and supportive husband, Ryan and is blessed to have two pretty incredible stepsons. In her free time she enjoys attending her stepson’s hockey games, supporting her favorite NHL team, taking in staycations on her backyard deck, and unwinding at their lakeside property in 40 Mile Park.

If your home is vacant, we will arrange for snow removal services if needed and check your property every three days with time stamped photos and a log-sheet all free of charge!
